Kloud Commerce is a Unified commerce solution for small, medium to large scale businesses, helping to improve B2B, B2C, D2C operations across different sales channels and outlets for effective synchronisation and integrations.
It is a UK registered Ecommerce/Fintech solution company which operates in a couple of countries in Africa including Nigeria and Ghana.
Impact
As a Senior Software Engineer and the Frontend Lead for the company, I helped in collaboratively pioneering the development of a customer, to retailer, to admin managed ecommerce/fintech solution with a cross functional team.
The products' solution was made seamless via the below:
- A customisable multi-store and multi-outlet ecommerce solution for a seamless shopping to checkout to payment experience for customers.
- A payment solution with multiple options including Card, USSD, MoMo (Mobile Money) and Bank Transfer.
- A Retailer facing admin portal for managing stores, orders, payments as well as other day-to-day operations & settings.
- An in-house managed admin portal for KYC (Know Your Customer) management and other administrative privileges.
- Development of third party integration systems/plugins for offline sale recording on POS (Point Of Sale) systems like Retailman and online systems like Woocommerce.
